1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Opened or used household items

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
